Thanks a million lads for snapping them up. They are great beers, fresh and as natural as we can make them so I hope you enjoy!

As these are ( as you probably know) Unfiltered, unpasteurised, and hand bottled as well as containing fresh and most with some degree of very late hops, they are best enjoyed at cool ( not cold) and as fresh as possible. They are all at their best right now although the Bock being stronger in alc at 6% would possibly keep good for much longer.

Feedback always welcome...
There are basic labels on the bottles but in brief:

Porter......as it should be.... young, fresh and full flavoured. Its spiced to marry with the caramalts, the chocolate and the fresh homegrown hops. Sip and enjoy the fullness and complex flavours. best served almost warm to enhance the spice aroma. pay special note to the aroma when glass is nearly finished.

Bock. this one at 6% is slightly higher alccohol and is again very full flavoured... with german malts and lots of german hops its true to style with a big malt hit supported by plenty of late hops and true german styles.

Stout.......a few secrets here but its aimed at a standard dry stout with a twist. Some kelp to add a something special. The low use of black malts make this easy drinking, smooth and chocolaty

Pale ale......as pale as it gets...one malt....3 hops inc our own grown hops and the cascade and  amarillo to give a very fresh well bittered refreshing simple very pale ale.....hope ye agree

Weiss. a little over its best although Partrige gave the all clear on this one. its the Gold medal UK national winner inspired and assisted by our  friend Paul from Weihenstephan. Toasty malt bready hit, spicy rather than big fruit.. some described it as a bit of a belgian in there somewhere....ye decide on this one

Pumpkin ale...this is our seasonal...This year we made it a session 4%. Spice regime is 1 tspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and 2 cloves. 2 large pumpkins baked, caramelised and mashed. A very simple hop and malt list to not take away from the pumpkin and spice.. a real session beer.

Feedback always welcome.......thanks a million for these little steps to help kate use her lower body which she cannot at present !!!

Recipes below...if ye really enjoy I can forward beersmith.....

Working my way through Brens beers. Had the kelp stout last night which was lovely and sipping the Helles bock now. Super clean malty goodness. Great to have the recipes here for future reference as well  ;)
