Muntons Old Ale Best Way To Hack ?

I have the kit below and these uncrushed grains and hops and i would like to hack this kit but it's been a while since i did a kit so not sure what to do;

Torrified Wheat 190.0gr
Roasted Barley 697.0gr
Dark Crystal Malt 480.0gr
Saaz 3% 50gr
Cascade 7.8% 100gr
Herkules 15.0% 50gr
Columbus 15.9% 25.0gr
EKG 7.4% 1kg
Magnum 12.7% 1kg

True but when i just had it posted i thought of something to add and i hit delete by mistake and it wouldn't let me,not 15 mins later.
