You should contact Cormac in Dungarvan brewing co. I'm sure they have done all the leg work onnthe water and would probable be more than happy to pass the info on.

I will do(never thought of that) however i suspect they are on a different supply to An Rinn,we only get the yellow water out here in the sticks lol. ;D
