Recently I've had problems with beers being not just right....
I kegged an Irish red (caffreys) 15days ago and bottled 6 as well. I was planning on serving on nitro but am out at the min. Decide to have a bottle.....
It was under carbed, but I kinda expected that as I didn't store it correctly until last Friday. BUT for all my worrying about my beers this tasted beautiful already and crystal clear.... Lovely copper colour, no head whatsoever, toasty nutty flavour... I enjoyed it that much I popped another one, under carbed but I didn't care.... ))
