I presume everyone has started brewing lagers for the german beers competition in August?

I am in Kerry since most of last week but will be home by Wednesday and plan to do mine next week early .

I bought lager ingredients before I really looked at the style guidelines. The lager is from a country Germany probably conquered at some point so I'm justifying it that way!
