This is a simple IPA based roughly on Brewdog (as in they dont use crystal !) feel free to experiment with hops - especially late hop additions.

[size=10]Calories: 201.75 kcal per 12.0 fl oz[/size]

[size=10]Terminal Gravity: 1.015 (1.010 - 1.018)[/size]

[size=10]Color: 13.48 (11.82 - 29.55)[/size]

[size=10]Alcohol: 5.96% (5.5% - 7.5%)[/size]

[size=10]Bitterness: 71.0 (40.0 - 70.0)[/size]

[size=10]5700 g Maris Otter Malt[/size]
[size=10]30 g Columbus (14.2%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min[/size]
[size=10]30 g Cascade (7.5%) - added during boil, boiled 1 min[/size]
[size=10]30 g Amarillo (9.4%) - added dry to secondary fermenter[/size]
[size=10]1 tsp Whirlfloc Tablets (Irish moss) - added during boil, boiled 6.0 min[/size]
[size=10]1 ea WYeast 1098 British Ale[/size]

Notes:

Mash at 65C for 60-75 mins.
Boil 60mins
Ferment at 18-19C
Other Yeasts - WLP001 / WLP002 or WLP051 for better clarity.
