Simple question, what do you think the best yeast (easily available in Ireland) is for a fruity IPA? London Fog seems to be a popular one, any others? How about the kviek yeasts (I've used Odin/Arset but not on an IPA)?

Hard to say, there's so many: London Ale III, WHC Sanders, WHC FruitBowl. I've had good results with all of those.
Tapped: FES, Cherry Lambic 2019, English Porter, Pale Ale, IPA, Golden Ale
Fermentors: Flanders Red 2018, Coconut/Peanut Butter Vanilla Choc Imperial Milk Stout
Bottled: Flanders Red 2018, Quad 2018
