In it’s 8th year now this years Expo will feature multiple kit brew demo’s , a turbo cider demo , all grain equipment display and a trade stand from thehomebrewcompany.ie.
Food will be available from Pompei Pizza on the day . And as always , there will be some samples of High quality Homebrew for those who support the Franciscan Well for graciously hosting us !
SMASH Single Malt Single Hop Homebrew Competition
The Lee Valley Brewing Club are pleased to announce that we will be holding a SMASH Homebrew Competition in conjunction with the Homebrew Expo which will be held in the Franciscan Well, North Mall, Cork on Saturday 25th June 2016.
You don’t have to have any beer to bring in order to participate! Inexperienced brewers are more than welcome. Even if you’re only thinking about brewing your own, come along and our friendly crowd will answer any questions you might have.
To show some thanks to our hosts for allowing us to drink home-brewed beers in their pub, it is customary to buy some drinks from the house. The Dark Horse boasts an extensive range of craft beers and also has an excellent off-license.
