Just ordered some 2015 Citra from HBW so its a Pale/Citra Smash.

Never done a simple Smash before or even a pale ale - ah well!

At last got round to brewing this up.

Recipe:
Citra Smash:

Equipment: Grainfather

5 kg Best Pale Malz
Mash at 67°C for 90 mins

Citra (pellets) 25 gms Boil 90 mins
Citra (pellets) 25 gms 10 mins

Cooled, pitched Notty

Effieciency: According to Grainfather I hit 82% (27.5 L pre-boil at 1.043)
Post Boil 22L at 1.050

Lost 2 litres to break material and dead space. (1 gm of Masher Murphs Magic dust is some puppy)

At end have 20 L at 1.050 in fermenter
Very pale colour EBC 10 (SRM 7)

I will taste after primary and see about dry hopping.

Nice write up simplest recipes are often best, Will the magic dust is supposed to be placed on the back of the hand and inhaled!!
