We had a discussion at TOG last month (or was it the month before, who can remember) about having a thread for people in the club to post in when they are thinking of heading to a beer launch or beer event about town, or even for those who just fancy an after-work or weekend pint.

If any of yous are like me you will have plenty of "friends" who went and had babies and are no longer in a position to go for impromptu pints. The swine.

Anyway I'm going to head along to the launch of GBBs latest pub 'The 108' in Rathgar tomorrow. GBB pints are €1.08 for the first 108 minutes. If anyone fancies it post in the thread.

I also plan on heading along to Fionn's (Fyodors) Italian Craft Beer Festival on the 15th, Ill post about that one next week.

Most likely pottering along to the Italian beer fest on the 15th
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

I just have this picture of you outside the boozer waiting for the door to open with your €1.08 ready to go!

I'll be there soon after 5, depending on work and when I can get a bus, the missus said she might pop in too and DC brewing is coming so grab a table if ya can!

Am over in the 108 with few folks if anyone fancies a seasonal jar. They have Orval!
