Mock up of new brew gear setup. Next step heat some water and calculate dead space etc. plus second check for leaks.Kettle far left,HLT in middle with the mash paddle on top,MT out front.Tap on HLT is about an inch below top of MT in this pic but with a foot of 1/2' silicone tubing running from HLT tap to MT it is draining fine and i still have enough space under the MT tap to fill a FV for pitching into kettle, manual yes but since i will be hand transferring 15 litres on average at most i am not too bothered.  ;D

Many thanks to the apple man for all his help in getting me back on track brewing wise and setup for 2015. ;D

Nice one, used my keggle for the first time last Monday. Those tv stands come in handy!! What you have planned as first brew?

Looks great. If you add a bit more paint to the black band then your American got kegs ;) will look perfect :)

What is the keg on the left for? Is it you HLT and the other is your boil kettle? Do you heat your strike water in the boil kettle first then transfer to the mash tun & put the remainder in the unheated HLT?

From left to right Kettle-HLT-MT  ;D

Another step closer to a better brew setup for 2015,kettle insulated,35 litres water boiled in 45 minutes as opposed to near 70 mins before insulation, used a yoga mat currently on sale in Aldi, again very generously helped in my endeavours  by Mr.Appleman ??? ;D

Are you using an immersion chiller? Would you consider a removable jacket to aid cooling?

Yes i will be using an immersion chiller,i had thought of a removable jacket hows outweighed my cooling needs ever i felt that was a lot of faffing around, tbh my heating needs by such a factor that i felt it was best to make the jacket permanent,i am halving my heating time but probably will only add 10-15mis at most to chilling time. ;D
