where to get big propane tanks for screw on regulators?

forgive my ignorance,

But I am still learning my way around Ireland - I need a tank that will use this regulator : http://www.gasproducts.ie/acatalog/High_Pressure_LPG_Propane_Gas_Regulators.html

I went to B&Q - told them what I had and needed a high pressure setup.  They sold me a grey bottle of patio gas and a clip on reg.  Im only now finding that will not do because I just didnt know at the time.

You need a RED bottle of propane. They have the correct male thread. Should be available in builders merchants or some diy places. Also some petrol stations sell them.

They come in a couple of sizes: 11 kg (about the size of your grey bottle) , 32 kgs, and and even bigger one

Yep just went the same myself. Red tank (from a hardware store in Swords), same regulator. With the Blichmann I had to turn it to the lowest setting on the gas and the lowest on the regulator otherwise I'd get a massive boilover
