Our Japanese friend is correct, it's in the CPU, if it's a AMD 64 dual core X2 , then that heat sink and fan will transfer easily.

If you have your mother board model, you'll get close.

Sure take a photo and we can work that out for ya.

AM3 AM2+
FSB 2.6GHz
Duel Channel

I have that CPU and clip..

You might be as well to replace both, to be honest - you have probably blown the CPU.
