By way of an Agenda:

1. The Quad and re-fill project

2. AOB

Thats short at least!


1. Nigel (Pale Ale, weizenbock)
2. Jacob (something)
3. Pheeel - Finally have some beers to share. ESB (42 in the comp), Oatmeal Stout (21 in the comp. Don't think it's that bad, maybe a bit thin so need some advice!)
4. Rats - ?
5. JollyBrewer - American :). maybe something
6. TJ -   IPA
7.Pat - Lager
8. Will_D - Phils hops  :) and maybe something
9. Richie- cidre no.2 ( with a hint of cherry flavors), poss a ciderhefe thingy,  if I can get hold of james

Another good one. Brian's stout was spot on. Even it it was a bit ...... Lively.
Was nice to see what can be done with the barrel that went arse ways. Turned out to be one of the tastiest beers of the night. I really have to do something with my batch.

Agreed - another great night with some tasty beers.

I will try to find a venue for a Malahide/Nort Side meet in th ethe next few weeks.

Also we will try to push the Quad empty/refill foreward.

If Nigel comes up with a recipe that we can all follow we can at least start brewing. Once brewing it puts an emphasis on emtying the quad.
