Well, it ticked pretty much all the boxes in our off-flavor sheets!

Well the training has already come in handy, opened a red wine today and noticed a nail polish smell to it and immediately thought  it must be ethyl acetate.

News just in - Lots of barrel gone down the drain already!

That's a shame. sounds like it's time for that barrel to be retired to my garden, to live it's life out as a planter or maybe a base for a table in the brew shed.

I was tidying up last night and found 2 auto-syphons that are not mine. Johnrm owns one. Is anyone else missing an auto-syphon?
