Also, I've been thinking about the German comp, and I think it might be worth having a session where we have some commercial varieties to sample and discuss.  It would be my opinion that you really need to drink a particular style a good few times to understand it correctly.

A couple of people asked me for some of the schneider-weisse yeast I built up. I can bring some to the meet if people let me know in advance. When it's gone...it's really gone
