I built this a while back, it's served me well but my setup is not conducive to using a CFC so I'm making an IC instead. It works perfect and I've had great success with it. Depending on your pump and ground water you should be able to achieve chilling to pitching within 10 minutes. I don't know how much it's worth but I do know I spent about €60 or €70 on parts. So offer's around that range would be nice.
