I'll be getting the bus in  and possibly back- you could consider that as well Raindog (226, leaves from Kinsale on the hour).  Last bus home is at 10 though, which is a pain, so taxi could be an option.

Do they fill growlers in the Hub? I have Dr.H's siphon in the boot of the car, I'll try stick my head in for a bit.

I suppose. It's just that my friends use the word growler to refer to female fun bits, so I never fell comfortable asking a barman to fill my growler

Your stout was good as well. I could drink that in quantities. The standard was fairly good and the Hub is a nice spot.
