Doing a golden ale profile brew on it at the weekend. Currently have a test running with water from 18 - 28C to see how it works. Currently accurate to within .02C of target temperature on the ramp. My last brew I had the STC running with the brewpi logging. The temperature was spiking by about +-1C as the heal and cooling came on.

Once my birthday rolls around I'm going to be doing a keezer build so I'll document that. I'm also toying with a jockey box build too so if that happens I'll happily write it down
