The oul fridge v freezer debate rumbles on 

I started using my fridge more recently mainly because I'm worried that since freezers create a dryer environment and my air tight hop storage bags aren't great it's probably the safer option. But it would be nice to know if it really makes any difference.

Would like to hear more about the rise of AA levels in some hop varieties, specifically EKG. When I first started homebrewing, EKG used to be around the 5-6% AA - now it's more common to see them around 7%. is it just the Irish suppliers and the products they're bringing in?

I have a plant at 2m already. Its either Fuggles or Cascade. Hopefully Fuggles.

The main bine on my fuggles plant is at least 2m too and another 7 or 8 bines  are around half that

Is it the shape of the leaf that will tell you if it is a fuggle hop
