This stuff any good? Know next to nothing about cider but picked up a bottle of this today. Was about €2.69 a bottle

Breton cider is lovely stuff. I am presuming that the Normandy cider is similar, but have not tasted any. You should expect good clarity and carbonation, and residual sweetness.

Yes, the keeving process starves the yeast of nutrition, so the cider can still be naturally carbed, yet remain sweet.
