Can judges/stewards enter the competition?

I'll let the organisers confirm but it wasn't an issue for Stewards/Judges in GCB comp.
I may comment however absolutely no markers/labels and avoid "unique" bottles or caps as well or they would probably be disqualified
Something that will be strictly enforced in the Nationals 2016.
A HB'er in Sweden told me they have to use 1 standard type of 500Ml bottle
