Hop Bomb

Im selling my brinkmann smoker. (it doubles as a bbq if you put a grill grate over the charcoal) Its not had any use since I built the UDS so no point in me keeping it.
Ive moded it a fair bit to make it work a hell of a lot better. Two temp dials, DIY lid vent, added some legs, DIY larger charcoal basket, fibreglass fire rope to seal the lid, high temp gasket on the base & door. The mods cost me 56 euro. Im looking for 140e.  Il throw in a rib rack & a pair of bear claws too (worth 20 GBP)

To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.

I'm down in Cork, ive been thinking of heading up to Galway for a weekend, and this has given me the extra incentive to make the journey, but it won't be until mid to late August.

Thanks very much for the offer Damien,  but I'll collect it myself, I might get a few pointers on using it. And plus I get to spend a weekend in Galway.
