FS: Brinkmann Gourmet BBQ Smoker:

Im selling my brinkmann smoker. (it doubles as a bbq if you put a grill grate over the charcoal) Its not had any use since I built the UDS so no point in me keeping it.
Ive moded it a fair bit to make it work a hell of a lot better. Two temp dials, DIY lid vent, added some legs, DIY larger charcoal basket, fibreglass fire rope to seal the lid, high temp gasket on the base & door. The mods cost me 56 euro. I'm down in Cork, ive been thinking of heading up to Galway for a weekend, and this has given me the extra incentive to make the journey, but it won't be until mid to late August.
