What small breweries in Ireland offer tour and which of them are particularly worth doing?

There's a company that offers a tour of a few breweries. http://www.breweryhopsofireland.com/

O'Hara's have a tour, it's quite good. http://www.carlowbrewing.com/brewery-tour/

Galway Hooker do an occasional tour but you need to keep an eye on their social media for the dates. Their brewery is very shiny and impressive and the when Beoir visited they couldn't have looked after us any better.

Fran Well in Cork have regular tours throughout the week as well, but to be honest, you can see most of their brewery from their beer garden anyway. When they open the new brewery it might be a bit more worthwhile though.

Aside from that you can always email a brewery and ask nicely for a look around.

Their new place is slowly finding its place, from a picture on twitter, it looks like only the fermenters and bottling line have gone in so far. https://twitter.com/PadraigScully/status/623838448953069568
We heard the other night that the brewery in the well will be turned off  :(

Also Blacks Brewery have tours.

That's bad craic. Original plan was to use it for small, one off batches. Wonder if corporate waylaid to that plan.

Wicklow Wolf and The Wicklow Brewery do regular brewery tours as well.

Thats no bottling line. Its an auto keg cleaner & filler. Used keg goes in one end, clean & filled keg comes out the other. What dreams are made of.  ;D

We do a lot of tours at Galway Bay Brewery. Call Alan at Oslo Bar to arrange one.
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.
