Man down, man down.

Due to a 2 day straight session I am officially broken and will not make it out tonight. Have fun.

Will_D

So here are the minutes of the meet:

1. Club logo.
Its agreed its the Raven! (again!)

2. Cask empty and fill.
This is a week on Sunday. I have posted the empty fill summary. Please can you all check and update this.
@Mark: I have pm'd you ColMacs address. Anyone else not know where the cask is?

3. The RDS gig.
Some discusiion about this. The net feeling was that if we aren't in with the brewers then we forget about a presence. James will talk to Thomas today about it.

4. If we don't (or do) attend the RDS we think that the National Homebrew week will showcase brweing as well if not better than in the RDS. I will start a thread at the NHC level.

5. Summer Beer Comp.
As we have 3 beers at least for this at the next TOSH meeting we will select the best 2 to go forward.

6. Next Meeting:
    TOSH 11th August

The meeting then got on with the serious side of beer tasting.

Some standout beers were tasted.

We also managed to resurface the floor with about 3 great gushers!

TCF now stands at €274 - 50
So apart from a Christmas nosh any ideas for a useful bit of club kit?

Can't beat the gushers!
The blackberry stout was good and Simon's October fest was excellent as well

The RDS is a different gig this year. I would suggest we all wear our discreetly coloured NHC tops
I'm there for three days and anybody I meet in one will be offered a glass of beer.

Don't have one. Can I write it on a white t-shirt in crayon

How about a siebel off flavor kit? Bit of education. Put a bit of knowledge into our heads rather then just killing brain cells like we normally do.
