I did this last year. They cover a lot of stuff in a very short time period so only really touch on the basics. I really enjoyed it though and would recommend to anyone that has an interest in the professional side of brewing.

Agree with Sub's comments above. I did the course 3 years ago and enjoyed it. Would be of more interest to anyone considering living the dream.......and you get to play with a 2.5 bbl system.

Looks good for £200 okay, but I don't like the way you don't get any lunch on days 2 and 3

Missed out the small print........Lunch will be provided on Day 2 and Day 3.

We have sent some staff members on this course and they enjoyed it, alot of info to take in a short period of time plus no brewing calculators allowed all paper and pencil calculations

I`d love to go on this but I`ve just splashed out on a Grainfather,so the wife won`t be happy.
