Seems to be a lot new yeast suppliers cropping up. This delivery method looks innovative. 200B cells per can.

Qs

QuoteA15 Independence

Independence is the strain for bringing some new character into your hop-driven beers. Higher in esters than Flagship, this yeast will give some fruit character that will take your hoppy beers to a new level. While it shines in pale ales and IPAs, Liberty is a great all-around strain and will also work well in stouts and English ales.

So can we assume from this mis-print that this is the Anchor Liberty/Cal V strain? And what does that tell us about the other names, is Darkness Guinness/Irish ale. Gnome = Chouffe? Fish Finder = Orval? Monastic = Abbey?

irish_goat

Interesting. Although I think WhiteLabs new PurePitch is probably a bit more innovative as there's no 2nd packaging container.

Pepin The Short

Is that were they somehow bond the yeast to growing medium within the vessel, which is then cut into sections or something .
