Hi all - been brewing for a while now using BNIB - electric kit from geterbrewed - however I picked up this piece of kit a while ago but not sure what is needed to get it working - im in Navan - anyone not too far away with something similar I could compare against ?
Cheers

Shanna

From the looks of it, it's a three vessel gravity fed system. Cold water in to top vessel (hlt) gets heated and then gravity fed in to next vessel down e.g.mash tun. Gravity then feeds the boiler which is the third vessel at the bottom. Would imagine a couple of meters of 1/2" food grade silicon tubing to connect the three up & you will be good to go. Not sure if those vessels have taps already but if they don't you could install a few weldless bulkheads, essentially a stainless steel tap, a stainless bulkhead and stainless washer with silicon orings and a stainless steel to lock the whole lot together. This effectively seals the hole through which the tap/bulkhead is put.

PS: You might want to consider a pump to empty the boiler in to a fermenter.

Thanks Shanna - perhaps if anyone on here had pics of a similar set up I could work out what im at !

Google " three tier gravity fed hombrew"
Are there gas burners? I see scorched bottoms on those kegs but I don't see any signs of burners or gas lines etc.
It also looks like the modifications are already done on the mash tun to recirculate.
you should insulate that mash tun.
What's the 4th vessel on the ground with all the inlets/outlets? Is there a coil in there? You might have a HERMS there too.
If so you'll need a pump also.

Errrr, the 4th thing on the ground is a gas tank propane) and th eblack tubes are the gas lines!

Or am I wrong?

haha, i was thinking " how the hell do you store propane in a modified beer keg?"  ;D
