Is there any interest in getting the logo that is going on the t-shirts made into woven patches?  The patches could then be used on "work shirts"/"gas station shirts".

The idea being we could wear them out at meet ups or beer events.  You could put the patch on almost anything, use any color shirt.  Have your screen name on the left pocket, or real name.

Only thing is to get some patches made we need a minimum order, and to get a decent price we would need a decent amount of interest; If ten people put in 25 USD each person would get 10 woven patches - a 4" diameter patch. You could sell off your extras to new comers wanting them, or horde them.

Any thoughts?

Edit: ten patches for each 25 usd

They could be pretty cool, though all my work shirts are torn nasty things that can't see the inside of a pub without me being called a bum ;)

That sounds very expensive.
Try this guy: http://www.bdprints.com/
I've used him many times and his quality is excellent.
If I remember correctly they came in at about £1.70 per fully stitched patch (less for prints), min order 100.
Based up North.

Not sure if anyone saw my NHC shirt but it's got the logo embroidered. Cost £3 to get done in Derry. I'll take a photo later.

Interesting,  what does a printed fabric patch look like?  The ones I was quoted were woven patches so probably why they are a little more in price.

Also I misspoke on price, for about 25 a person at ten people each person would get 10 patches.
