Looking to get a false bottom and dip tube for my keg. The diameter at the bottom is 15'' inches. Can't seem to find anything suitable. Anyone know where to get one?

You could get NorCal brewing to build you one. Might cost you around 200 including shipping. When I had a keg mash tun I used one of the smaller domed false bottoms with diptube from aliexpress. Did the job very well.

ah ok. So a 12 inch one would work fine then. Off to Ali Express I go!

Cheers. I'll have to actually get a 9-10 inch false bottom, as the whole cut in top of keg is 10 inches. Can you get the false bottoms without the hole so you can drill yourself?

molc

You could get one with hinges. Brewhardware do them in the us, but I'm sure there's an aliExpress clone:

Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

Are you sure the diameter is 15"? I remember asking bobby and norcal about their 15" false bottom and they said it's too big for a european keg.

If you cut an inch out of one or both sides of the rim of your kettle you can slot through your false bottom
