Hey all I've the kettle on and looking for a bit of quick help if anyone's around

Here's what I have
Maris otter 5 kg
Crystal 400 Ebc 500g
Crystal 113 1 kg
Crystal 30 ebc 125 g
Chateau arome 125 g
Fuggles 100 g
Us 05.

Any help appreciated I'm thinking leave the crystal 400 and use all the crystal 30 and 500 crystal 113 and toss in the chateau arome too
Hops then
60 min 50g
15 min 25
0 min 25

What are you trying to brew
Personally I'd use them all but in moderation, the 400 in only a small quantity

have a read bearing in mind addition %'s

Cheers ch I'm looking for something with a bit of malt backbone and a little bit sweet but I want to taste the hops topi suppose something nice and balanced with what I've got as I have tended to overdo the crystal malts before and would like to avoid that this time

My computer is pooped so my beer smith is down at the moment which could have been helpful

I'm reading that piece now thanks for that

I'd use all the MO and then .5kg of the 113 and all the chateau arome and the c30. And I'd go 40-30-30 on the hops and swap the 0 min addition to 5 mins. I reckon that'd give you a beer that was a bit like a best bitter but lacking the english yeast flavour. Should still be pretty nice. And I'd mash at around 69C cos that US05 will dry it out if you don't.
