Anyone here brewed this?, I have it brewed and clearing at the moment. Just wondering what your findings were with regard to taste. Any light style I try seem to suffer from off flavours. This is the first time I have had temp control so hopefully it is banging on to the style.

Funnily, I've just today brewed that mashkit. Must say it has a lovely light colour. I do hope there isn't an off flavour - I have a high smell/taste sensitivity.

If there was an off flavour in mine it wouldn't be down to the kit though, don't worry. My water profile is off, I'm still learning how to refine this for light styles

I brewed this about five months ago, it turned out really nice and i was very happy with it.  If i can remember correctly it had a nice hoppy aroma and nice level of bittering. I was drinking it after 4 weeks in the bottle. I would defo give it another go. I didnt notice any off flavours in it and i was drinking it over about 3 months

Thanks Darren996, the freshly fermented but uncarbonated beer just tasted quite strange. Like a Belgian chimnay. Maybe it will mellow as it's carbonated and conditions....fingers crossed

Ahh, reading your notes there you also compared it to a strong Belgian. The exact taste I'm getting but wasn't expecting. I put it down to a possible off flavour. It's in the keg now cold crashing, gonna add gelatine and carb up next week

nah, i think it's just stronger than your average Blonde.
You'd probably get away with brewing this kit to 25liters.
