Brew Bees

Just started brewing in May after getting a kit as a gift, thought it would be a load of hassle with dissapointing results. Pleasantly surprised at how it worked out, and have done around sixteen brews since! Getting a bit more curious/experimental recently, so it's great to have discovered this forum!

CARA

Am based in Sligo. Mead is on my to-do list, but it won't bee this year.... Hope to get a hive or two up and running at some point, but need to wrap up a few other projects first. Am going to take the hacking bit slowly, with non-hack brews inbetween. Don't want to land myself with twenty gallons of cack!

dont be put off by the fancy names of the grains , lord eoins kit hack guide is so easy to follow . just adding a small amount of grain and hops will lift a kit amazingly and for so little work , a 5 /10 l pot and a few muslin bags and off you go
