Found some Irish Craft Beers that were past their expiry date.  A stout, by 24 months. A Porter, by 30 months, and a Red Ale by 6 months. What can I expect from these? Some deterioration? Complete detioration?

Only one way to find out! But a strong malty beer should get better with age much like wine. Fullers do an ale specifically for long aging for instance.

Yeah all depends. I popped a few of my early home brews there last weekend and God, I hope they didn't taste like that when I first gave them to people!
