hi folks.been brewing a couple of years now.i started off like everyone else doing the kits but quickly got bored of not having enough input into what i was brewing so i started hacking kits and making up my own frankenstein concoctions to mostly good results.

moved on to extract this year its going good so far,i created my own recipe and brewed it up there on friday.really excited to see how this one turns out. i dont think i've any heed on going all grain any time soon.still so much i dont know.i probably need to reign it in a bit and learn more about individual malts and hops instead of just chucking them all in the one brew

anyway i'm here mainly to see if there's any other folk from Dundalk and the surrounding area and see if we can get our own wee club going

I only moved to Dundalk in the last couple of months. I've only home been brewing the last year. I'd love to be apart of any kind of beer clubs in the area..

You're more than welcome to come along to one of our meetings. We normally meet on the second Friday of the month and rotate the venue between dundalk and drogheda to keep everyone happy. There's a handful of lads in the dundalk and the area if you need a hand with anything. Unfortunately there's no meeting this month. We decided to have a trip to the big smoke to try some beers. You're more than welcome to come along. Also keep an eye on our forum here for any news etc
