A lad I know is currently making one up for me with a view to making them to order. I know someone on the forums here used to do them, but doesn't seem to anymore. I can let you know how mine turns out and put you in touch then if you fancy.

Nice one, ta. Roughly when are hoping to get to use it??

I think it'll be ready soon, but I won't be brewing for a few weeks yet. I can stick up a few pics whenever I get it if that's any good to you.

I bought one of these to mess with a week ago so I'll post a pic when it arrives. almost certain its never going to be as good as custombiag but he has stopped making them http://www.brewinabag.co.uk/

i went for 60 because of the diameter of my pot which is the most important bit. its a faff emptying MT after herms so going to try a lift and drop for cleaning also I had a stuck mash with 12kgs of grain recently on a 25 ltr batch so need to look at ways around that

What size bag would you need to fit down over the edges of a 45lt igloo cooler mash tun ? ;D

I should have specified it is a rectangular cooler mash tun  ;D

I ordered one of these today - http://www.mashedin.beer/collections/custom-brew-in-a-bag-biab/products/premium-custom-biab?variant=1120930813

Had I known there was someone local going to make them I would've held off. But these look the berries. Handles and a velcro tab to tighten around the outside of your boiler. They custom make them to order so you give them your pot dimensions. Cost €30 delivered from Canada so comparable (if not cheaper?) with http://www.brewinabag.co.uk/ pricewise and you know it'll fit nice and snug...

Greg, they make this especially for you - http://www.mashedin.beer/collections/custom-brew-in-a-bag-biab/products/custom-cooler-biab?variant=1145233649  ^-^
