The Mandalorian1

Hey all,
My name is Criostóir (KrisTorr).
I'm from Dublin and have been brewing for about six months.
I mostly do kits but am branching out into brew in the bag for my next go.
I love ales. As such I brew reds, bitters, IPA's and some seasonals.
Apart from the satisfaction I get out of brewing cheap beers, I'm interested in the chemistry and biology involved.

All the best and hope to have great chats in the future.

Le meas,
Criostóir.

Welcome aboard.  :)

Capital Brewers would probably be your closest club if you fancy meeting up and sharing brews. http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.ie/forum/index.php/board,16.0.html
