There is a famous adage in software: Keep It Simple Stupid. And it applies to bespoke grain and extract recipes too.

Our solution is so simple, yet much more flexible than any other:
- we now sell hops by the gram for recipes.

This means that you can quickly order hops for any recipe you want; e.g.:
- 20g Cascade,
- 11g Centennial,
- etc.
No need to store hops anymore, and these will be fresher than opened packs in your fridge since we only pack to order.

PM me with requests to add more, and I'll get right on it. Minimum 10 grams per hop type, packed in clear plastic bags for use soon after purchase.

The price per gram is the same as our 100g vac packed prices (to the nearest cent).

We will do the same with grains over the weekend (whole). There is a massive difference with freshly crushed grain (just smell it), so get yourself the best quality value roller mill in Europe with coupled rollers to avoid stressing the grains (the only one in Ireland, this is not like other roller mills), and a free malt bucket:

We've used this drill to crush several tonnes of grain already and it still works flawlessly.

Please let us know what else we need to add by the gram to get you on board (Irish moss, other adjuncts maybe?). We need your help to come up with the best solution.
