We will have Co2 regulators from Wednesday not cheap Asian crap as sold on other sites proper industry standard Co2 regulators from a reputable Irish supplier. Co2 cylinders 10kg within the next month with proper valves ( not used for putting out fires ) refill also available on a swap basis. Corny kegs connections, beer line and taps all ordered and on the way.

Our American hops will be here from the end of Feb also from an Irish suppliers ( yes you can get American hops in Ireland). We still have our 50 plus speciality malts and loughran family pale and lager malt. Our mash kits are still €19.95 up to 6kg of malt and up to 100g of hops you decide the beer style. We are still doing the email and collect for your own recipes ( info@themottlybrew.ie ) so no need to order per kg.

Our non rinse steriliser is selling like hot cakes but lets face it it is €20 plus cheaper then Starsan and does the same job.

We are the only shop in Ireland to do a free all grain demo once a month with free tea, coffee and bring your own samples.

We pride ourselves on customer service and being a retail shop for customers to come and talk about home brewing and any problems they might have rather then being referred to you tube to find out for themselves.  Which happens a lot believe me and I have gained many customers from it !

All homebrew clubs are welcome to use our premises for meetings or brew demos pm me or email to arrange.

Last and not least I will be in Altech Sunday if any one  is around for a pint or 6 ;)

Great news on the co2. Handy to have a supplier over this side of the city.

Any word on the CO2 at all?

Sorcerers Apprentice

Isn't that the stuff they used to brew in the "Joy" 😎
How did it go in the end?
There's no such thing as bad beer - some just taste better than others

Lads apologies about the late reply our deal on the 10kg cylinders went sour because the company we were buying from got taken over. I have done a deal with another crowd so we will have 2.5kg cylinders from tomorrow for €45 and refill swaps for €15. I am also getting the regulators Monday.

Our hops are ordered but are coming direct from USA so will be here in about 10 days. I have also purchased a chamber vac packer so all hops will be vac packed seal for ultimate freshness.

The Bread experiment went horribly wrong won't be trying that again!

Our grain is back up to full stock we sell quite a lot to a local brewery so have increased our stocks to cover the extra sales.

Its our birthday today 2 yrs in business and growing everyday thanks to all NHC members for their custom and making us the most successful HBS Dublin has ever seen.

Out of curiosity, how will getting refills work? Is it for walk in customers only or can they be shipped?
...used to be NewBier

googoomuck

Are they "pub" style cylinders or converted fire extinguishers?

The Mottly Brew

2.5 kg fire extinguishers they won't be shipped just sold in shop and refills like for like.
