Wow I was expecting a hand full of recipes not 226 pages worth. I'm surprised they didn't make it into a proper book and sell them. Definitely going to try a few recipes.

So..anyone got a recommendation on how to get a physical copy ? The book looks really good. I was wondering about printing it out as something laminated, in a ring-binder. Is that a thing you can get done in Snap ?

dcalnan

Yeah getting it printed should be no problem, as they gave it away for free so there's no copyright issues.

Punk and Dead Pony is a cert for me.    Two  of my favs  .

I wonder why they did it?

"With DIY Dog we wanted to do something that has never been done before as well as paying
tribute to our home brewing roots. We wanted to take all of our recipes, every single last one,
and give them all away for free, to the amazing global home brewing community.

We have always loved the sharing of knowledge, expertise and passion in the craft beer
community and we wanted to take that spirit of collaboration to the next level."

They've got enough momentum at the moment that it isn't going to make a dent on their business

They have a printed book on offer, here's how to get it https://www.brewdog.com/lowdown/blog/topup-dog

That's a great gesture from them.  I'll be trying one or two of those recipies sometime soon.  It's a good way to get a feel for what the ingredients will deliver in terms of taste, especially if you're familiar wih their beers.

Good dog!

No one should be afraid to share their recipes. Process is just as important. If you are confident in what you do then I don't see the issue.

From what I've seen, some of the recipes don't look quite right to me. Anyone else got the same thoughts?

Only disappointment for me is that there is no recipe for There is no Santa. Really wanted to see that.

It only costs about a fiver to get something wire bound with a clear plastic front and back
