Better  The intro and voice-over are grand. The tasting session is still a bit quiet but not terribly so. I guess the mic was a bit too far from ye.

First time recording in that room, I've experimented with mic placement since, hope the next few episodes sound better.

Really intersesting about the bio friendly - green approach as opposed to the chemical approach to pest control in orchard management!.

In a few more years ye may just be comming to the Malhadide Rugby Club cider works, may not be 30 hectares but may be 30 or so very interesting apple varieties (x2 or even x3)!
