Taking account of grain absorption as well, it'd probably work out. I'm more worried about the "After 2-5 days of fermenting the beer is ready to be bottled to condition for a further 5 days..."

the mash tun's got no insulation and the FV has no temperature control. otherwise it's pretty and would work but i wouldn't buy it
