Damien kindly dropped off my part of the order on Tuesday and I imagine the rest of you have received your flour at this point.

Once again many thanks to Damien who made this group buy possible.

Andrew

It would be Absolutely Brilliant  if some of ye could bring some of the bread baked with this flour to BrewCon!
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

Andrew

Thanks to Damien for dropping this off to me. I did some baking yesterday and I'm seriously impressed- the flour glutenizes well and the flavour is better than Odlums. I did worry that the dough was a little sticky (even using the "magic number" 62.5%) but I was able to work it without having to lay further flour down. Left the dough to cold prove overnight and threw it into the oven this morning so everyone woke up to freshly baked bread...

Sorry Will, didn't have enough time to bake before BrewCon. Might do some simple bread rolls and bring them to the AGM...

Jacob that price is if it's delivered to a Dublin address. €75 if it's picked up from Naas where they're based.  I would be interested in a new buy.

Are others interested?

What's the ballpark price if picked up from Naas? Still €17.85? And does that include VAT?
And how long does flour last? Could you get a 6-12 months out of it? Thanks!
