Summer Jobs

Does anyone know if their company/workplace takes on 3rd level students as summer staff/interns? I'm doing a business management course and need to do something over the summer to fund my brewing habit. 

Ideally something that compliments my course and/or brewing.

If anyone knows of a position or can offer advice it would be much appreciated.
