Hey all, I have not brewed in about three years and my brew equipment has been sitting idle in the shed.

I'm going to restart this week with a simple extract brew.

Any thoughts on what equipment I should replace after this amount of time ?

I'm thinking new beer lines for my kegerator, new bungs and airlocks for fermenters, new o-rings for cornies.  Anything else you would replace ?

Auto siphon ?

thanks

Paul

In the same boat. Kids eh, well I had to dump a rake of gain and other consumables. But glad to have a brew done today. Just goin to keep it simple for the first frw brews till i find my feet again. Cant wait to have the kegerator full again. I didt miss the cleaning  though

Only if it's perished or looks perished or you left beer in it or on it a couple of soaks in pbw wash will sort loads

You'll be surprised what a bit of vaseline can do for any rubber bits. Check them out and only dump them if they've gone brittle or cracked.
I'd probably replace all tubing as it's cheap as chips and prone to mildew and all sorts of nasties if it's left alone for a log time, otherwise the rest should be salvagable.
