Inky saw this now. I tried my American Amber again tonight & it's under carbed. If you want to enter your APA then your free to go. I assume your going to Brewcon if not send me a PM & I will try figure out sometime to collect your beer tomorrow night.

Would you guys like me to enter it just so we have an entry? It's very young (force carbed on Wednesday), and definitely not the best beer I've made... But I'd be happy to throw it in the mix!

I'd say go for it. At the worst, you'll get some good feedback from Gordon. He did my Schwarzbier last night and there were some great comments from him on how to improve the recipe that I took on board.

Still don't like schwarzbier as a style though
