The danger is that you get the mix perfect and that instead of a burn you get a bang and then you end out picking shards of glass out of your neck.
I did it as a teenager with a pal on an empty petrol tank we took out of a car, we were lucky as he only lost his eyebrows and his fringe.

Probably safer with a plastic bottle but again

Youtube is full of guys doing it with carboys, just so dangerous as carboys have zero pressure rating.
