Recipes Published by Italian HB Shop

Was having a look at some Italian HB shops (over there on my holliers) and came across the attached, they have their own AG Kits separately which like the vendors here are probably unique, but published this recipe book, even though they don't mention Hop AA these look fairly bulletproof if you just wanted to do a v1.0 to try a different style.

Look like solid recipes. They even include the maltster's name, which is always handy.

No mention of liquid yeast cultures though, which might not be popular/practical in Italy. I wouldn't consider doing quite a few of those beers with dried yeast.
