Hi Guys,

Congrats on the great scores in the exam.

As some may know we ( the North County Brewers) are holding a BJCP registered competion in the Old Borough, Swords on the 29th of May. Thats two weeks tomorrow. We are looking for 3 more judges to help us out. Problem is its on a Sunday. The first train from Dublin gets into malahide at 9:40. We can pick you up from the station!

We aim to start at about 10 am and be finished first round by 12 ish. Then there's a BOS round and then the craft afternoon. We will have beers to give away!

Naturally food is provided for the judges and stewards.

I texted yesterday about dropping off the beers, but go no reply (no bother, it was a lovely day, I wasn't stuck to my phone either)

Can I drop this evening, even though it's technically a day late?

Great standard overall today with very few low scoring beers. Scoresheets are safety tucked away in my bag for a scan tomorrow morning hopefully.

The results are in!
1st: BrianC with an American Pale.
2nd: Partridge9 with a weisbier
3rd: Cathal with an American Pale.

Grats again to all and thanks to all the organisers and people who helped out through the day. Countless people are involved in running these competitions, without which none of this would happen.
