There are a few of these systems appearing recently, but they are either inferior or more expensive.  This one will be the best quality / value and that won't change. Its also going to be much better supported with compatible equipment add-ons (sparge heaters etc).

And it comes with warranty from us. All will be revealed on Friday! Try to get to Galway on Saturday for a look at it in operation.

Our new store is very near the Dublin motorway, so Dubs are less than 2 hours away once you hit the motorway. Its also a great weekend in Galway if you can stay over . . . the Arts festival is in full swing.

Hit me with a challenging recipe that other systems can't do . . . . lets say one with a larger than usual grain bill?

Ah here two hours end to end  !! Maybe in a helicopter!

Challenging recipe would be an American Barleywine, heavy grain bill and >100IBU with leaf hops.

Thanks to NHC members who pointed out some frustrating features of the mobile version of the website, we have made some changes:
- product listings now show whether the products is in stock or not,
- ditto for search result listings.
It must have been very frustrating before we fixed this.

Also, we've reordered from all our suppliers now and should be fully stocked within weeks. Finally we are deleting products that are no longer available as we reorder, so the out of stock stuff should be greatly reduced soon

Thanks for your patience. This massive move nearly fecking killed us!

I will ask about the element. Afaik they don't fail because of the large surface area; also there is an automatic overtemp cutout and overheat protection for max safety.

djanto "while you have our money" is unfair, since we have already ordered dozens of these to get this price. We are giving them away at close to cost as a "pre book" promotion. If you are uncomfortable with this, then please wait until they arrive and buy one then . . . they will still be better value than any other system on the market and we would much prefer to sell more this way for obvious reasons.

However, to make it easier for those who are uncomfortable with the wait we've added an option to pay a 100 euro deposit to book on online at €375.00 as long as you order before midnight tomorrow; then pay the balance of €275.00 when we have them ready to ship. If you do this, NHC discounts can't be used though.

We can't really be any fairer than that?

What time is the shop open tomorrow btw?  Turns out I will be making the trip down in the afternoon, but in the bus most like so won't be able stop off in Liosbaun on my way.
